The 3000 series Double Hung Window is a DHHC55 AAMA Certified Window. It is the perfect choice for all of your Heavy Commercial Window requirements. Designed to provide you with years of maintenance free service the 3000 is the Highest Performing Double Hung window we make.

Regardless of its size, the 3000 Series Double Hung Window will always operate effortlessly utilizing specially engineered spiral balances. These balances are individually chosen and adjusted for each size window during the manufacturing process. This advanced technology allows the window to operate up an down with ease while having just enough tension to permit the sashes to stay properly positioned. The upper sash of the 3000 series Double Hung Window comes complete with an integral "pull rail" attached to the bottom of the upper sash. This provides you with an easy way to operate even the largest of windows. The 3000 Series Double Hung also features casted tilt latches with built in custodial locks. This unique feature allows you to easily "tilt in" your new windows obtaining instant access to the exterior glass surface that needs cleaning. This Provides you with a safe and easy way to keep both the inside and the outside of your windows clean.
