As a result of Kelly Windows Inc. determination to provide you with the best possible product offerings, we have chosen to incorporate Duraseal™ spacer system into our manufacturing operation. Duraseal™ high performance spacer system is now a standard offering in all of our glass units. Duraseal™ is a revolutionary, patented system incorporating specially formulated sealant and a corrugated aluminum spacer bar. Duraseal™ provides reduced heat transfer around the perimeter of the glass units resulting in warmer interior glass temperatures in the winter (9 degree on avg.) and cooler interior glass in the summer. Duraseal™ has been tested and proven to reduce condensation on windows up to 80% by providing better insulation of the glass edges. This advanced spacer Technology is guaranteed to help reduce heating and cooling cost in your home by reducing the heat transfer through glass.

Furthermore, the fact that they are inside the glass unit also allows you to easily clean the glass of your new windows and doors with no interference from the muntin bars.
