This will give you an opportunity to see, and operate, each of our products, providing you with a better understanding of the different features and benefits each offers, We can then easily show you how the installation will be done regardless of if it being done by us, or by you. We would be happy to assist you in choosing the right products for your job assuring you the performance levels and look that you desire. Our History

KELLY WINDOW SYSTEMS INC, founded in 1982, is a family owned and operated business located in Farmingdale NY.

Specializing in the manufacturing and installing of both commercial and residential window and door systems, Kelly windows operates with an unsurpassed commitment to Quality and Service.

Kelly window systems Inc. is a subsidiary of F&F products. F&F products is a premier roofing, siding, window installation, and Construction Management Company that was founded in 1959 by Pasquale Giugliano, F&F products is now owned and operated by Pasquale’s 5 sons, Frank, Pat, Bill, Carl and Angelo. Pasquale’s sons strongly believe in continuing the business with the same family traditions that where incorporated over 45 years ago by their father.

When asked why Kelly Window Systems was formed, Carl Giugliano, founder and president says “Unfortunately we were seeing a decline in the craftsmanship of the windows and doors that were being produced by others and we were ultimately being forced to use”.  Carl explains “There became a definite need to assure ourselves that the windows and doors we were using could stand up to our own rigorous demand for quality and performance, so in 1982 we decided it was time to design and make our own”.  Carl went on to say, “We now have full control of all aspects of our products assuring 100% customer satisfaction with every order- Isn’t that the way it is suppose to be?”

What began as a 5,000 square ft building in 1982 has now blossomed into over 40,000 square foot of “state of the art” manufacturing facility. This allows for the quick and efficient production of standard and custom size windows and doors 6 days a week.

Producers of premium aluminum and vinyl window and door systems, as well as high performance glass packages, Kelly Windows Inc. has been servicing long island and the tri-state area for over 25 years.

“We are proud to say that we are now selling our products to other dealers as well” explains Bill Giugliano, vice president of commercial sales. “It did not take long for others to see that we were producing products that were outperforming the competition and providing more features and benefits to contactor and the home owner” Bill explains, “And with the implementation of all the new technology now available to us, I think we have gotten even better!”
