The Vanguard ™ Series feature “standard” options that no other window system can offer you. It’s unique TRIPLE locking system is a must have for added security and ease of use. The sash has been designed with an automatic locking bar built right into the handle. This convenient “Snap lock” will automatically activate when the window is moved to the closed position. Not only does this provide additional security, but at the same time it also keeps the sash firmly in place upon closing the secondary sash. This unique feature provides the perfect alignment of the sashes each and every time you operate your window. Once closed, you can simply lock the two additional sweep locks located on the meeting rail and you have a TRIPLE locked window.

In order to further enhance the structural integrity of this product line, The VANGUARD™Series,  including the door systems, has been designed to allow all the joining members of the system to telescope into one another prior to being mechanically fastened together. This special feature provides the strongest and most watertight corners possible, while still allowing for a very clean and elegant look.
